My story

Nervous hunger. An ugly beast. Eat out of boredom, eat in anger, eat for joy.

When I was 18, I went to the dietician. He measured me, weighed me, found me abundant.

He wrote me a 2,000-calories diet. It worked great.

Then I got fat again. Without returning to the dietician, I redid the same diet. It worked great.

Then I got fat again. I started playing sports, running every day for at least 30 minutes, limiting sweets, alcohol and fried food. It worked great.

Then I got fat again. On the wave of current fashion, I decided to try the Dukan diet. It worked great.

Then I got fat again. I did not like the Dukan diet, too much protein, too much effort. I tried another kind of diet. It worked great.

Then I got fat again. Being on a diet is too complicated, too many salads and chicken, too much preparation to eat basically nothing.
